PHARMACOLOGY

Clotrimazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that inhibits ergosterol synthesis, leading to disruption of fungal cell membrane integrity and cell death.
Betamethasone is a potent topical corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive properties, providing rapid relief from redness, swelling, and itching.
Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic effective against a range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis.
The combination offers antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory actions, making it effective for mixed infections with inflammatory components.
