PHARMACOLOGY

Ketoconazole is a broad-spectrum imidazole antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis, disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity and leading to fungal cell death.
Clobetasol propionate is a highly potent topical corticosteroid that exerts strong anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive effects, rapidly relieving erythema, swelling, and itching.
Neomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, providing coverage against susceptible Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms.
This triple-action combination provides antifungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory activity, making it suitable for severe inflammatory dermatoses with mixed infections.

SKINEO Cream is indicated for the topical treatment of steroid-responsive inflammatory skin conditions complicated by fungal and/or bacterial infection, including:

● Infected dermatitis and eczema
● Tinea infections with secondary bacterial infection
